Toyin has over 17 years of experience in the provision of customer specific marketing strategy development, new product development and identifying the needs of a target market, designing products and programmes to satisfy these needs. He has worked in various industries of the Nigerian business economy. Toyin worked with United Parcel Services (UPS), Dunlop Nigeria Plc, Loyalty Solutions, StanbicIBTC Bank and presently the Chief Executive of Loyalham Investment Limited.

He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and a Masters of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Babcock University. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and a senior member of Nigerian Institute of Loans and Risk Management.
